This is a must for everyone that uses a PC
Our major healthcheck comprises of the following :-
All drivers up to date
All software patched to latest versions
Hard drives checked for potential issues
Hard drives cleaned of rogue files
Anti Virus scan
Spyware and Malware scans
Identify potential issues
All of the above can be done online without an engineer visiting yourself. The price for this is £50.
If we visit yourself we will perform the additional :-
Cleanup inside of your computer from dust
Cable tidy your I.T.
The price for this is £60
In the event that an engineer finds any potential issues, these will be addressed to you and may incur and extra charge if you proceed.
Data Backup
We will backup your data onto a cd or dvd.
The price of this is £5 per cd / dvd. You will recieve 2 copies of your data.
Data Retrieval
If you suffer data loss from a hard drive crash we will try to recover the data for you.
The price for this is an initial £35 to recover the drive and then an additional £5 per GB of data.
Virus Removal
If your system gets infected with a virus our engineers can remove the virus for a flat fee of £30. Please note if the virus has done too much damage a reinstall of the software may be required which will incurr an additional charge. The engineer will let you know if this arises.
Spyware/Malware Removal
If your system gets infected with spyware/malware our engineers can remove these programs for a flat fee of £30. Please note that if the programs have done too much damage a reinstall of the software may be required which will incurr and additional charge. The engineer will let you know if this arises.
Software Installation
Software installation prices start from £10 depending on the software.
Hardware Upgrades
We can supply the hardware or you can. Prices start from £20 for installation.
